Rock-Star Guacamole Recipe: Bold, Creamy, Crowd-Pleasing Dip

There are a few recipes I assumed everyone already knew, like my Rock-Star Guacamole, until a friend reminded me it wasn’t on the blog. So, here is my favorite guacamole recipe.

My husband likes lots of additions in his guacamole. Early in our marriage he once made guac that had mushy chunks I couldn’t identify. When I asked what they were, he said “cottage cheese.” Not for me!

I’m a purist when it comes to guacamole—I want the avocado to be the star. This simple recipe highlights the avocado’s flavor and works perfectly with chips or on tacos. My favorite way to enjoy it is with my pork carnitas for an unbeatable dinner.
