Running a blog can feel like putting your personal diary on display for the world. When Krista and I launched this site less than a year ago, our first task was to craft a clear mission statement so visitors would immediately understand what Stay Fit Mom stands for. We wanted a focused direction for our content and a promise to our readers.
Our mission remains: “Stay Fit Mom provides recipes, workouts, encouragement, and resources for women looking to maintain health and fitness throughout every phase of life.”
About Us
Over the past 11 months this blog has become more than recipes and workouts. It has been a place for honest reflection—filled with hard work, emotion, and occasional tears. Blogging brings highs and lows, and we are so grateful for the support from readers who have followed our journey. When someone tells us a post resonated with them, it’s an encouraging reminder that sharing our real experiences matters. Thank you for making our first year such a meaningful adventure.
Out of the 190 posts we’ve published, a handful stood out and captured the most attention. As we moved into January and full Whole30 prep mode, we noticed that each of the top 10 most-viewed posts for 2015 is related to Whole30 in some way—proof that readers are hungry for practical recipes, meal plans, and support.
If you’re ready to try Whole30 or want to learn more, join our Facebook Whole30 support group where we share recipes, meal plans, menu ideas, answer questions, and offer encouragement.
