When I posted the photo of my
50th Birthday Basket
a girlfriend of mine who has twins in college emailed and asked if I would make one for her
son for Valentine’s Day.
Well, of course I said yes!

I wanted it to look fun and personal, so I thought about what would appeal to a college guy for Valentine’s Day.
I decided to spell out “HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY TROY” and fill each letter with items a college student would enjoy.
Done.

I used a couple of red plastic stackable crates to keep everything neat inside the box.

this was on top of the tissue, right inside the box
I included a simple diagram explaining the box’s contents so he could see everything at a glance.
His mom told me he loved it!
